Hand Therapy

We Offer:

  • Specialist hand physiotherapy in your own home or care home

  • A thorough assessment that will initially involve a consultation to discuss the problem, then we would assess your hand function, strength and joint range of motion

  • A personalised rehabilitation programme that will include various exercises for strength and function of your hand. This will be printed out and or sent via email with pictures and videos

  • Hands on treatment that may include mobilisations of a joint, massage or acupuncture

  • Advice on splints and aids to help with tasks around the home

  • Advice on mobility aids

  • Contact with your GP if any medical problems need to be discussed
